Backbenchers To Be Shipped Overseas
John Howard's dual strategy of detaining asylum seekers in Nauru whilst doing nothing to stop global warming, until rising sea levels wash the whole problem away, could be running into problems.
Several liberal MPs are preparing to cross the floor – two because they are philosophically opposed to the PM's stance and one because he needs to go to the toilet. Shipping backbenchers overseas is one solution currently being considered.
The plan has the support of Malcolm Turnbull, who denies being out of touch with the public. He says things have never been better than under the current administration. “Look, no one is suffering under this government” he said today. “You can get a bottle of Veuve Clicquot for less than $150. Sip it on your veranda, watching the sun set over the harbour, whilst your man serves you Russian salmon caviar. Who's complaining?” he asked.

dobbie,
You are in error. Only someone who lives on South Head can watch the sun set over the harbour. Our friend Malcolm lives in cloud coo coo land.
The people that flee all the countries with weapons of mass destruction and arrive in Australia without a Tourists Visa and spend millions like all other tourists are given an Island Holiday by John Howard and his fellow mates.
John Howard believes that they should stay in those BAD Countries in the world and wait their turn to be bombed with friendly bombs and not worry us here. After all we are in for the long term and will only pull our troops out when we have finished all the bombing or something like that.
Also if you have not got papers we know you are terrorists and whats more you throw your children in the sea or overboard or something like that.
So come here and we will put your surviving kids in a concentration camp on a hot desert Island and charge you for it when you leave to return home after we have started a civil war in your country.
ONLY THOSE WITH A LOT OF MONEY CAN FLY IN AS A TOURIST and spend up big before they outstay their visa and take a good Aussie job.
