Obese Kids Filling Up Childcare Centres
Long queues are forming as Australia faces a shortage of childcare places. Some kids are well into their twenties before they can be admitted.
The government, currently on the last leg of a world tour, blames procreation for the crisis, brought about by bad TV and rising petrol prices.
The problem is there just isn’t enough room in childcare centres, with obese kids taking up way too much space. The government is considering banning fast food commercials, along with any other commercials, to make way for billions of dollars of government advertising in the run up to the next election. Advertising on the ABC will be introduced once all commercial TV advertising has been filled by government departments.
To solve the Childcare Crisis a Pacific solution has been considered, in which all children under the age of four would be shipped to Nauru in a Norwegian container vessel. Although this idea tested badly in the opinion polls, the Liberal party still did better than Labor.
Instead a TV campaign will be launched to dissuade people from having sex, featuring archival footage of Cheryl Kernot and Gareth Evans.
