PM to Take Nuclear Waste Back As Part Of His Personal Luggage \Allowance Australian customs officials will be on alert to check the Prime Minister's luggage for nuclear waste when he returns from Washington later this week. Under pressure from George Bush to take back spent nuclear fuel it is rumoured that John Howard is using visits to the US to bring back the waste in his personal luggage. Officials will be conducting a detailed search of the PM's Boogie Board bag. John Howard spent the weekend with Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld, sailing on a bay near Dick Cheney's home. During the three hour cruise they torpedoed three pleasure craft. Rumsfeld sank the first two before encouraging Howard have a go himself. The Australian Prime Minister said he liked to pretend they were boatloads of refugees from West Papua. After dinner the trio sat round an open fire at Cheney's mansion randomly listening in to other people's phone conversations. Janet and John retired to bed early after listening to a particularly steamy outbound phone call made by Shane Warne. John Howard meets George Bush today. The meeting will begin with John reminding the President of who he is.
