Philip Ruddock has just made it LEGAL to be able to tape a TV program. Apparently all of the charges he has laid on average householders for breaching copyright laws over the last 30 years have been dropped. So now when you are taping Home and Away to watch when the kids go to bed you don't have to worry about the Tele Cops Raiding your Video Library. After announcing the changes it was reported that Mr Ruddock was going home to set up his Video to tape "Big Brother".

Big Brother, no that'd be too complexed for Philip Shruggit. Border Patrol would be just about right up his alley wouldn't it? It would bring back memories for him.
