Workers worse off after IR changes: [glow=red,2,300]report[/glow] from ABC Online
The Victorian Government is demanding a meeting with the Commonwealth to discuss the impact of the Federal Government's industrial relations reforms.
The State Government has released a report today, which has found Australian workers are worse off under the changes.
Victorian Minister for Industrial Relations Rob Hulls says a meeting with all state and federal workplace ministers is crucial.
"I'm calling on Joe Hockey, I'm demanding that he remove himself from his ivory tower in Canberra and immediately convene a meeting of the Workplace Ministers' Council to discuss this report and WorkChoices one year on," he said.
God Grant me the Serenity To accept the things I cannot change Courage to change the things I can And Wisdom to know the difference.
