Vanstone Smiles – Further Evidence of Global Warming
A reported glimmer of a smile given by Amanda Vanstone last week has been accounted for by global warming. Scientists believe this is the first evidence that her icy exterior is being altered by the world's shifting temperatures.
This is one of many examples supporting evidence of the Greenhouse Effect, first discovered in Kew Gardens in the middle of the last century.
Ice in China is now melting at a rate of 7% per year, significantly increasing the temperature of Scotch on the Rocks at most Beijing hotels.
In the last 12 months Sydney had a climate closer to average temperatures for Brisbane, forcing thousands of Sydneysiders out onto the streets in khaki shorts and long socks.
Many are still critical of the USA and Australia for failing to support the UN agreement on Climate Control in 1997. The USA did not sign the Kyoto Protocol after George Bush said his protocol was fine and he wasn't having “any Japanese doctor looking up there thank you very much”.
