With the Democratic Primary elections nearing a close in the United
States, I've found myself listening live online this afternoon to
Pheonix-based "progressive" talk station KPHX (progressive means
liberal, as distinct from the more dominant conservative talk radio
format in the United States).
KPHX is found at:
www.1480kphx.com/DynamoSite.php
With Clear Channel owning both progressive-oriented KTLK and
conservative-oriented KFI in Los Angeles, international access to the
online streaming content has been blocked, so I was surprised to find
that there's no content restriction on the KPHX stream from Pheonix.
KPHX sources programming from both Air America Radio and rival
supplier Nova M (established by the original, disaffected founders of
Air America). My favourite progressive talk host is Randi Rhodes, who
recently changed employer from Air America to Nova M.
This has dispersed the top talent between rival suppliers and
individual stations then decide where to source the programs from. As
one Air America (WWRL New York) listener has written, there are some
markets where this has hurt rather than helped the quality of the
programming delivered:

Here in Eastern Australia, I know that breakfast host Stephanie Miller
can be heard at about Midnight, while Randi Rhodes can be heard at
about breakfast time (effectively, 7 hours behind and 1 day ahead of
Pheonix time).
With Randi Rhodes being passionately pro-Obama and anti-Clinton (with
controversial comments she made about Clinton being reason for her
suspension and resignation from Air America), I suspect that Rhodes'
Nova M program tomorrow morning will be interesting listening as she
reviews the West Virginia result, won by Hillary Clinton.
